Casillas punched Alexis Sánchez's free kick straight out at the Maracanã on 18 June 2014, and Aránguiz drove the rebound in for 2-0, the goal that sent the holders Spain home. When Ronaldo arrived at Inter in 1997 and took the number 9, Zamorano would not give it up and wore 1+8 instead, taped on at first until the kit maker began printing it. The Pichichi came in 1995 with 28 goals as Real Madrid took La Liga, he opened the scoring in Inter's 3-0 UEFA Cup final win over Lazio in 1998, and he finished the Sydney Olympics as top scorer with six goals while Chile took bronze.
