Arouca, Royal Charleroi S.C.On 23 January 2024 he scored twice against Hong Kong, and the 3-0 win gave Palestine their first victory at an Asian Cup and their first place in the knockout round. His 17 goals make him Palestine's leading scorer, and he has won the Scottish Cup with Aberdeen in 2025, the Egyptian league with Zamalek in 2026, and the Kuwaiti title with Al-Arabi in 2021 as the division's top scorer. 2 AN 81 Ashraf Nu'man Tarji Wadi Al-Nes, Al-Faisaly SCThe free kick that carried Palestine to their first Asian Cup came in the 59th minute in Malé on 30 May 2014, and it was the only goal of the Challenge Cup final against the Philippines. Champion of that 2014 AFC Challenge Cup and its top scorer with four goals, a place at the 2015 Asian Cup in Australia that followed from it, and 14 goals in 56 caps for Palestine. CAM2014–15

3 FA 80 Fahed Attal 37 caps · 14 goals · Al-Jazeera, Al-Wehdat SCPalestine put eleven past Guam at the 2006 AFC Challenge Cup in April, and six of them came from Attal, who left Bangladesh that month with eight goals and the tournament's golden boot. Twelve of his international goals arrived in that single year, enough for IFFHS to rank him the world's eighth highest scorer of 2006; he ended with 14 in 39 caps and Palestine's scoring record, held until 2024. 4 RS 80 Ramzi Saleh Al Ittihad, Al Ahly SCHe captained Palestine and kept the clean sheet in Malé on 30 May 2014, when Ashraf Nu'man's goal beat the Philippines and carried the country to its first Asian Cup finals. That AFC Challenge Cup is the only senior trophy Palestine have won, and he added the Egyptian league with Al Ahly in 2009 and the Sudan Cup with Al-Merrikh in 2011, keeping goal 68 times for his country. 5 AB 79 Abdelatif Bahdari Al-Wehdat SC, Hajer ClubDhaka, October 2018: a centre back walked off with the best player award at the Bangabandhu Cup, having scored in the group win over Tajikistan on the 4th before the two met again in a goalless final that Palestine took 4-3 on penalties. He won the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup, Palestine's first trophy, plus a Jordanian league title and two Jordan FA Cups at Al-Wehdat, in 82 caps and nine goals from 2007 to 2021. CB2007–21

6 MR 79 Mohammed Rashid Hilal Al-Quds ClubAt Education City Stadium on 4 December 2021, Rashid put Palestine in front of Saudi Arabia at the Arab Cup, and Palestine came away with a 1-1 draw. He won the Indian Super League with East Bengal in 2025-26 and the West Bank Premier League with Jabal Al-Mukaber in 2023, played the 2019 and 2023 Asian Cups among 53 caps, and was voted Indonesian fans' favourite footballer in 2021-22. 7 JC 78 Jonathan Cantillana San Antonio UnidoPalestine were already 8-0 up on Bhutan in Dura on 10 October 2017 when Cantillana added the ninth and the tenth in a qualifier for the 2019 Asian Cup. He won the 2018 Bangabandhu Cup in Bangladesh, scoring against Tajikistan in Sylhet along the way, played at the 2019 Asian Cup, and left the national team with ten goals in 36 caps. CM2017–19

8 MA 78 Musab Al-Battat Shabab Al-Dhahiriya SCSeventy-nine caps and one goal is the ledger of a full back who was there to defend, and on 23 January 2024 he wore the armband in Doha as Palestine beat Hong Kong 3-0 for their first Asian Cup victory and their first place in the knockout rounds. Three Asian Cups in 2015, 2019 and 2023, plus league football in Egypt with Ceramica Cleopatra and Qatar with Al-Wakrah and Qatar SC. RB2015–24

9 TS 78 Tamer Seyam Malaysia were beaten 6-0 in Kuala Lumpur on 16 June 2015, with Seyam taking two of the six, and he scored against them again in Amman that November. He was part of the Palestine side that won the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup, has 69 caps and 15 goals including one against Iran at the 2023 Asian Cup, and has played league football in Morocco, Thailand, Libya and Qatar. 10 JI 77 Jaka Ihbeisheh Melbourne, 16 January 2015: on a night Jordan won 5-1, Ihbeisheh scored the first goal Palestine had ever managed at an Asian Cup. That remains a national first; he was in the Palestine squads at the 2015 and 2019 Asian Cups, took 17 caps and three goals, and played 347 club games through Slovenia's top flight plus spells in Qatar, Thailand and Austria. 11 MW 77 Mahmoud Wadi Al Masry SCHe answers to the Tower, a nickname earned at 1.88m by heading in more than his share, and the 2017-18 season at Al-Ahli in Amman put numbers on it with ten goals in seventeen league games. Two AFC Asian Cups with Palestine in 2019 and 2023, a debut off the bench against the Maldives in November 2017, and eleven league goals in two seasons at Al-Masry in Egypt. LM2017–23

12 MS 77 Mohammed Saleh Ahli Al-KhaleelA centre-back out of Gaza City, Saleh spent half of 2022 on loan at Eastern Company in Cairo and scored nine goals there, a striker's return from a defender. He won the Palestine Cup with Ahli Al-Khaleel in 2016-17 and the Qatar Stars Cup with Al Rayyan in 2025-26, and has 35 caps since 2016, taking in the 2019 and 2023 Asian Cups and the 2022 Asian Games. 13 NA 77 Nazmi Albadawi North Carolina, FC CincinnatiHis first cap for Palestine came with a goal attached, the winner against Pakistan at Faisal Al-Husseini Stadium in Al-Ram on 16 November 2018. Two months later he was at the 2019 Asian Cup wearing 20, and he still holds the NASL single-season assist record of ten, set for the Carolina RailHawks in 2016 in a season that put him in the league's Best XI. 14 RK 77 Roberto Kettlun Born in Santiago and schooled in Chilean football at Universidad Católica and Palestino, he crossed over in 2012 to play in Jerusalem, joining Hilal Al-Quds and winning the Palestine Cup with them in 2013-14. He took a second Palestine Cup with Ahli Al-Khaleel in 2014-15, an Eccellenza title at Teramo in Italy, and 23 caps with three goals for Palestine including the qualifiers for Germany 2006. 15 AJ 76 Abdallah Jaber Hilal Al-Quds Club, Bnei SakhninTwenty-one and uncapped, Jaber started Palestine's opening game of the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup against Kyrgyzstan and played 360 of the tournament's 450 minutes without his team conceding a goal. That title, and the first Asian Cup place it carried, heads a record of 56 caps, the captaincy, the Palestine Cup of 2013-14 with Hilal Al-Quds, and every minute of the 2015 Asian Cup finals. 16 AN 76 Alexis Norambuena Poland held Norambuena for six years, and he was in the Jagiellonia Bialystok side of 2010 when the club won the Polish Cup and Super Cup, the first major trophies in its history. He had already taken the Chilean Primera Division with Union Espanola in the 2005 Apertura, added promotion with GKS Belchatow in 2013-14, and played 23 times for Palestine between his debut against Yemen in June 2012 and his retirement in 2019. 17 IZ 76 Imad Zatara The 2013 Allsvenskan scoring chart finished with two Palestinians near the top, Imad Khalili ahead of Zatara, whose nine goals for Åtvidabergs FF came a year after he signed for Sanat Naft and became the first Palestinian to play in Iran. Promotion to the Allsvenskan with Syrianska in 2010, 28 caps and three goals for Palestine between 2004 and 2015, the first of them scored on his debut against Iraq on 16 November 2004. ST2004–15

18 ME 76 Mahmoud Eid Hammarby Fotboll, Vasalunds IFEid answered his first Palestine call-up with a goal in Vietnam on 9 November 2014, a 3-1 win for a winger who was still playing in the Swedish lower divisions. He won the AFC Cup with Al-Muharraq in 2021, the Thai FA Cup and Champions Cup with Bangkok United, where he scored 37 goals in 101 matches, and the East Java Governor Cup with Persebaya, with 26 Palestine caps and a place in the 2015 Asian Cup squad. 19 PT 76 Pablo Tamburrini One goal in 21 caps, and Tamburrini picked Dammam for it, striking against Saudi Arabia on 11 June 2015 in a World Cup qualifier Palestine lost 3-2. He came through CD Palestino, the Santiago club founded by Palestinian immigrants, made 73 appearances there, and went to the 2019 Asian Cup in the United Arab Emirates wearing 17. CAM2015–19

76 Yaser Hamed 21 caps · CD Santurtzi, Club PortugaleteAthletic Bilbao took him into their academy at ten, and Palestine got the return in July 2019 when he scored on his debut at the WAFF Championship to beat Yemen 1-0 and then appeared in every match of the country's best run in that tournament. Winner of the 2023-24 CAF Confederation Cup with Zamalek, a 2023 Asian Cup squad member, 25 caps and five goals, with league football in Qatar, Kuwait, India and Egypt. CB2019–23

21 ZA 76 Ziyad Al-Kord 33 caps · 16 goals · Valenciennes, Al-Hussein SCThe scoreboard in Dhaka read 8-0 when Al-Kord made it nine against Guam on 1 April 2006, and he had the tenth before the Challenge Cup match finished 11-0. Ten official goals in 30 caps between 1998 and 2006 left him second on Palestine's all-time list behind Fahed Attal, with goals at the 1999 Pan Arab Games, the 2002 Arab Nations Cup and the 2004 WAFF Championship, and he was the first Palestinian to turn professional in Saudi Arabia. 22 IB 75 Islam Batran Al-JazeeraBatran was 30 and playing in his sixth country when he took a hat-trick off Bourj for Safa on 6 February 2025, a 4-0 win in Lebanon. He wore 21 in the Palestine squad that reached the round of 16 at the 2023 Asian Cup, the country's deepest run at the tournament, and he has 33 caps and five goals, the first of them against Iraq on 2 August 2019. 23 LK 75 Layth Kharoub Merkaz Balata, Thaqafi TulkaremTen days after debuting in a 2-0 win over hosts Bangladesh, he scored Palestine's third in the 2020 Bangabandhu Cup final on 25 January, a 26th-minute goal in the 3-1 defeat of Burundi that took him to three for the tournament. Bangabandhu Cup winner in 2020 with three goals in the competition, five goals in his first eleven caps, and a career that has run from Tulkarem and Hebron to Malaysia and Libya. CAM2020s

75 Omar Jarun 16 caps · Atlanta Silverbacks, Vancouver WhitecapsMissiles landed near the family's apartment in Kuwait City in 1990, and the boy who got out of it grew up in Peachtree City, Georgia, into a 1.96-metre centre-back who first played for Palestine in 2007. Fifteen caps followed through 2014 across World Cup qualifying, the AFC Challenge Cup and the WAFF Championship, inside a 188-game professional career at Atlanta Silverbacks, Vancouver Whitecaps, Pogoń Szczecin, Arka Gdynia, Charleroi and Ottawa Fury. 26 SM 75 Sameh Maraaba Jabal Al Mukaber, Thaqafi TulkaremHis second cap came at Bukit Jalil on 16 June 2015 and he scored twice in it, part of a 6-0 win over Malaysia that nobody in Kuala Lumpur had seen coming. Bangabandhu Cup winner in 2020, scorer in that final against Burundi, 12 goals in 49 caps for Palestine between 2015 and 2023, and 21 goals in 20 games for Hilal Al-Quds in 2022-23. LM2015–23

PalestinoIn November 2023 Saldaña gave up Unión San Felipe's promotion playoff in Chile to join Palestine for World Cup qualifying, five years after his single cap for Chile's under-20s. He won the Copa Chile in 2018 with Palestino, the Santiago club founded by Palestinian immigrants, and has 15 Palestine caps since his debut against Oman on 6 September 2023, plus a place in the squad at the 2023 Asian Cup. 28 HM 74 Hilal Mousa Shirt 8 at the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup belonged to a left midfielder from Kafr Manda who was then scoring 18 goals in 44 games for Khader in the West Bank. Palestine won that tournament, beating the Philippines 1-0 in the final in the Maldives to reach their first Asian Cup, and Mousa finished with ten senior caps and 63 goals in 227 club games across Israel and Palestine. 29 KS 74 Khaled Salem Merkaz Tulkarem, Shabab Al-Dhahiriya SCOn 24 May 2021 he scored all three goals as Markaz Balata beat Al-Muharraq of Bahrain 3-2, the first AFC Cup win in the club's history, and Al-Hidd signed him not long after. He won the Bangabandhu Cup with Palestine in 2020, played at the 2015 and 2019 Asian Cups, and finished with six goals in 39 caps after a debut against Indonesia in August 2011. ST2011–21

30 MY 74 Mohammed Yamin Thaqafi Tulkarem, Hilal Al-Quds ClubUlaanbaatar, June 2022: the midfielder scored in Palestine's 5-0 win over Yemen and again three days later in a 4-0 defeat of the Philippines. Twenty-five caps since 2016, West Bank Premier League titles with Hilal Al-Quds in 2018 and 2019 and with Shabab Al-Khalil in 2021 and 2022, plus the Palestine Cup in 2018. CM2016–22

31 TA 74 Tawfiq Ali Tarji Wadi Al-NesRamzi Saleh was injured, so Palestine gave the gloves to their reserve for the last match of their first Asian Cup, and on 20 January 2015 Ali conceded twice to Iraq after his side had shipped four to Japan and five to Jordan. He was in the squad that won the 2014 AFC Challenge Cup, Palestine's first trophy and the ticket to that tournament, and has kept goal 38 times for his country since 2011. GK2011–15

32 SJ 73 Samer Jondi A Jerusalem boy who gave Hilal Al-Quds two spells and most of a decade, he waited until 8 June 2022 for his first Palestine cap, a 1-0 win over Mongolia at the age of 25. Two West Bank Premier League titles came at Hilal Al-Quds, then the 2023 Asian Cup squad that took Palestine into the knockout rounds for the first time, before Libya with Al-Ahly Tripoli and Al-Nasr Benghazi. 33 ZQ 73 Zaid Qunbar On 23 January 2024 the Jerusalem-born forward scored in the 3-0 defeat of Hong Kong, the first win Palestine had ever managed at an Asian Cup. That result carried them into their first knockout round; he later saved a point against Kuwait with a 93rd-minute equaliser in 2026 World Cup qualifying, and took the Kuwait Crown Prince Cup and its Golden Boot with Al-Arabi in 2025-26.
