Eid answered his first Palestine call-up with a goal in Vietnam on 9 November 2014, a 3-1 win for a winger who was still playing in the Swedish lower divisions. He won the AFC Cup with Al-Muharraq in 2021, the Thai FA Cup and Champions Cup with Bangkok United, where he scored 37 goals in 101 matches, and the East Java Governor Cup with Persebaya, with 26 Palestine caps and a place in the 2015 Asian Cup squad.
