Víctor Rodríguez Andrade

He was the man on Zizinho at the Maracanã on 16 July 1950, and when Friaça put Brazil in front it was Rodríguez Andrade who went to Obdulio Varela to tell him the goal had been offside, with close to 200,000 people in the stands. Uruguay won that final, and he made FIFA's All-Star team at both the 1950 and 1954 World Cups, added the 1956 South American Championship and two Uruguayan titles with Peñarol.
