Sosa had turned twenty the day before the 1986 Copa del Rey final, and in the 34th minute at the Vicente Calderón his free kick beat Barcelona to win Zaragoza the cup. He won the Copa América in 1987 and 1995, the UEFA Cup with Inter in 1994 and the Bundesliga with Dortmund in 1996, scored 44 goals in 76 games as Inter's leading scorer two seasons running, and was voted best player of the 1989 Copa América. Career record: 46 caps and 19 goals for Uruguay; club career at Real Zaragoza, SS Lazio, Inter Milan.
