Horoya handed the penalties to an 18-year-old centre-back against ZESCO United on 20 March 2016, and Camara put both away to win the CAF Champions League tie 2-0. He won four Swiss championships and two Swiss Cups at Young Boys, where he became club captain, after a Guinean league title and cup with Horoya, and has 27 caps from the 2021 and 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
