Webó scored all three Cameroon goals in Abidjan on 4 September 2005, the last of them in the 85th minute, and Ivory Coast lost a World Cup qualifier 3-2 at home. He finished with 19 goals in 58 caps, two Uruguayan championships at Nacional, the 2002 Copa Sudamericana scoring prize, and a Turkish league title, cup and Super Cup at Fenerbahçe, plus the 2010 and 2014 World Cup squads.
