In Riffa on 16 November 2005, with Trinidad and Tobago 90 minutes from a first World Cup, the 6ft 7in defender scored the only goal of the night against Bahrain in the 49th minute. Every minute of the 2006 finals in Germany followed, including the goalless draw with Sweden, along with the 2001 Caribbean Cup and its MVP award, the Football League Trophy with Wrexham in 2005, and 89 caps.
