Ten days after a calf strain in the Dortmund warm-up cost him Trinidad and Tobago's first World Cup match, Jack finally got his tournament in Kaiserslautern on 20 June 2006, a 2-0 defeat to Paraguay that turned out to be his last cap. Leo Beenhakker's first-choice goalkeeper through the 2006 qualifying campaign, 33 caps between 1997 and 2006, a 2005 Gold Cup squad place, and the Chaconia Medal in gold for 2006.
