Two weeks after signing from Gazélec Ajaccio in the French second division, he scored twice on his Leicester debut, an FA Cup fourth round tie against Peterborough on 27 January 2018 that finished 5-1. Third place with Mali at the 2015 Under-20 World Cup is his one tournament honour, followed by eleven senior caps and a working life across five countries, with his best league season at Partizan in 2022-23: seven goals and eleven assists.
