He ended the 2016 African Nations Championship as its best goalkeeper, the tournament DR Congo won by beating Mali 3-0 in the Kigali final on 7 February. That CHAN title is the biggest of his honours, followed by Linafoot championships with TP Mazembe in 2012 and 2013, a CAF Confederation Cup runners-up medal in 2013, and 42 caps between 2010 and 2021 taking in the 2017 and 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
