Thirteen goals in one international, against American Samoa on 11 April 2001 in a 31-0 win, remains the world record, and he walked off the pitch not knowing his own count. He then scored five in the 2007 A-League grand final, a 6-0 win over Adelaide that brought the Joe Marston Medal, and finished with three championships at Melbourne Victory, the 2004 OFC Nations Cup, and club records of 97 goals in 262 games.
