Three minutes from the end of extra time at the San Siro on 6 May 1970, he took a long ball down on his shoulder and lifted it past Evan Williams to beat Celtic and make Feyenoord the first Dutch club to win the European Cup. The Intercontinental Cup followed that year, with two Dutch championships, the Guldbollen in 1966 and 129 goals in 144 games in Rotterdam. Career record: 43 caps and 16 goals for Sweden; club career at IFK Norrköping FK, Feyenoord Rotterdam, IFK Göteborg.
