Four goals arrived on his Jamaica debut in 2004, a start no other Jamaican has managed, and he was still in the side nine years later. His 35 goals in 75 caps remain the Jamaican record, and he won three Caribbean Cups, in 2005, 2008 and 2010, scoring both goals in the 2008 final against Grenada, plus the Swedish Cup with Helsingborg and the Norwegian Cup with Vålerenga. Beating three West Ham defenders before rolling the ball past Rob Green in 2009-10 won him Stoke's goal of the season for a third year running. He scored Stoke's first Premier League goal, a consolation in a 3-1 defeat at Bolton on the opening day of 2008-09, made the PFA Championship Team of the Year in 2007-08 as Stoke went up, and won more than 70 caps for Jamaica between 1999 and 2012.
