On 22 October 1962 Lalmas scored fourteen goals in one match, an 18-0 win over Birtouta, and no Algerian bettered that single-game figure until 2007; the terraces called him El Kebch, the Ram. He won four league titles and three Algerian Cups with CR Belouizdad, three Maghreb Champions Cups, the 1969-70 scoring prize, and finished with 131 championship goals and 43 caps.
