Korean fans called him the Chaminator, and on 22 January 2015 in Melbourne the name fit: 34, on as a substitute, he ripped down the right in extra time and squared for Son Heung-min to make it 2-0. He was in the squad that reached the 2002 World Cup semi-final, finished runner-up at the 2015 Asian Cup and made its Team of the Tournament, took bronze in 2011, and won a Scottish title and Scottish Cup at Celtic.
