Terror was the name he answered to, and Zamalek learned why on 11 February 2001 in Kumasi, when he seized on a mistake by goalkeeper Abdelwahed El Sayed in the twelfth minute and Hearts of Oak took the CAF Super Cup 2-0. He won the African title with Hearts in 2000, five Ghanaian championships there, a sixth with Asante Kotoko in 2003, a share of the 2002 golden boot, and 16 caps.
