Back at Saprissa he collected ten Costa Rican championships, the 2005 CONCACAF Champions' Cup and third place at that year's Club World Championship behind São Paulo and Liverpool, while his 137 caps covered the 2002 and 2006 World Cups and a Gold Cup top-scorer prize in 2003.
