Finidi started the whole of Ajax's 1995 European Cup final win over Milan, added the Super Cup and Intercontinental Cup that year, took three straight Eredivisie titles from 1994 and reached the 1996 final too, and won the 1994 Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria. West took that gold, the UEFA Cup with Inter in 1998 despite a red card in the final, the French title and two Coupes de France with Auxerre, the Serbian league with Partizan, and a runner-up medal at the 2000 Africa Cup of Nations.
